Rockhampton regional council invites expressions of interest for eoi13391 - prime cbd development opportunites.

Rockhampton regional council's commitment to delivering the infrastructure needs of one queensland's most dynamic and diverse local government areas. The eoi process is an important part of council's plan to expand and develop the cbd of rockhampton and to inject strong sustainable economic developments for our region.

Council seeks investment and/or partnership from a strategic partner/developer who will provide investment opportunities within our cbd. These projects will need to have a strong economic focus and be fit for purpose for each block of land on offer.

Investment and/or partnership in these existing parcels of land presents opportunities for an experienced developer or organisation to contribute to the growing rockhampton economy with their experience and expertise, and to realise the benefits of their innovation and investment.
