Price Request for the Supply of Back-up Energy Equipment
Dear Sir / Madam, We kindly ask you to submit your price offer for the supply of Back-up Energy equipment, as described in detail in Appendix 1 of this RFQ. When setting your price offer, please use the form in Annex 2 attached hereto.umises until Monday 23 September 2019 by email at procurement.bi@undp.org or by filing the physical file at the following address: United Nations Development Program INSS District, Rohero IICompound UN II, Avenue des Patriotes-N 10, Bujumbura-Burundi, Price quotations submitted by e-mail can not exceed 5 MB, must be free of viruses and be limited to 2 e-mailings. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupt content, otherwise they will be rejected. It will be your responsibility to ensure thatyour price offer will reach the address indicated above by the deadline. The price offers that will be received byUNDP after the above-mentioned deadline for any reason whatsoever will not be taken into account. If you are submitting your quotation by email, please make sure it is signed in .pdf format and free of viruses or corrupted files.
