OBJECTIVES OF THE CONSULTANCY General Objective of the COVID-19 outbreak in the country, the main purpose of this study is to develop evidence on the effects that compulsory social isolation measures have on mental health and cachanges in the behavior of children, adolescents and pregnant people and present recommendations to guide the actions of the Government and interested partners in the recovery phase of the emergency.
