Description

Contractor is required to perform maintain, repair, and alter pump test bench equipment and systems to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition at Bldg. A47 in U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka Japan. The outcomes for this acquisition are consistent with the FAR 37.101 definition of service contracts. The requirement is performance based in accordance with the policies and procedures as outlined in FAR 37.6. The metrics to be used to measure the outcomes will be to ensure pump test bench systems are in normal working condition and function properly in accordance with standards identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
