Description:-Preparation In A Kitchen-Type Object With An Administrative Address In The Town Of Stara Zagora And Delivery Of Food For The Clients Of The Client According To The Requirements Of The "Collection Of Recipes For Dietetic Dishes For Public Catering Establishments And Healing Prophylactic Facilities", Ed. Dt "Technika", Sofia, 1984, Under The Aegisthe Ministry Of Commerce And The Ministry Of Public Health. Patients Are About 130 Per Day, And The Annual Requirement Is Up To 52, 000. The Meal Includes A Full Daily Menu Consisting Of Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner In Individual Disposable Boxes. To Each Day Menu Is Egthe Unnecessary Amount Of Bread. The Cost Of 1 Meal Per Person Can Not Be Higher Than 3.83 Bgn Without Vat.
