Tender Details
Request for proposals are invited for Preparation of a Comprehensive Architectural Design for the development projects at Devon House Heritage Site.
The works to be undertaken will include:
• Design and manage the renovation of the Devon House Courtyard Landscaping:
• Design and manage the rehabilitation of the Car Park and Drainage System;
• Design and manage the construction of Office Building to house Administrative Staff;
Design and manage the installation of Solar System for Devon House Well No. 3; and
Design and manage the Electrical System Rehabilitation and Lighting Project.
Eligibility for Proposal
The tender is open to Individuals/Finns/Consortiums that are registered members of the Jamaica Institute of Architects (JIA) and have attained other certification/registration in their respective fields and are in possession of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC).
Availability
Tender documents will be available as of Monday June 18, 2018 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the information desk of Devon House Heritage Site. 26 Hope Road. Kingston 10. A non-refundable payment of JS1.500.00 in cash or manager's cheque payable to Devon House Development Limited (DHDL) will be required for the document.
