Conditions under which an Offer of the Participant may be rejected:

17.1 The requests are accepted for consideration sent to the e-mail address of the responsible persons specified in clause 16 no later than 1 (one) business day before the deadline for the submission of bids, and executed in writing (on company letterhead, signed and stamped by the manager enterprises). About processing results bythe request received by the Participant in time will be notified via e-mail within 1 business day.17.2 Requests received after the specified deadline or not properly executed will be left unanswered. 18.
