The u.s. Army corps of engineers, new england district, is issuing a pre-solicitation announcement for the indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (idiq) contract for the supply of potable/drinking water to be delivered to location(s) within the following towns: ayer, devens, groton, harvard, lancaster and shirley, massachusetts.

The idiq ordering period would be 1 year from contract award.

This project consists of the following components:

- supply and deliver clean potable/drinking water to locations in ayer, devens, groton, harvard, lancaster and shirley, massachusetts. Locations may include residences and commercial properties. Exact locations within the aforementioned towns will be specified in each delivery order.

- packaging sizing will be specified in the idiq, scope of work.
