The marine corps engineer school, training and education command aboard marine corps base (mcb) camp lejeune, north carolina has a requirement for the rental and servicing of portable toilets.

It is the government's intention to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with far part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for small business. The associated north american industrial classification system (naics) code for this requirement is 562991 septic tank and related services. The government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with far part 12 and 13. The government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.
