Tenders are invited for Port Royal Street Coastal Revetment Project - Kingston (#073563) .

The Government of Jamaica has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of the JAMAICA DISASTER VULNERABILITY REDUCTION PROJECT (JDVRP). The Jamaica Social Investment Fund as the executing agency in collaboration with the National Works Agency (NWA), intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover payments under the following contract:

Bid No. 8243: Port Royal Street Coastal Revetment Project - Kingston (#073563)

The scope of works includes but is not limited to site preparation and earthworks, revetment and retaining wall works, amenities and utilities, roadworks, beach and groynes, drainage works and parking lots. Construction period is Twelve (12) Months.

Bids MUST be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of Four Hundred and Fifty-Five Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$455, 000.00).

NCC Grade &/or “Civil Engineering” in Grade 1 AND “General Category: Roadworks” in Grade 1 (See www.ocg.gov.jm)
