Tender Details

This notice is being publicized in accordance with federal acquisition regulation (far) 5.101 requiring contracting officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25, 000.00. Further in accordance with far part 6.302-1 it is the intent of the drug enforcement administration (dea) to make award to penlink.

The washington field division (wdo) has a requirement for 1 each of the following: plx software maintenance and support-premium and 1 each for specialty product- equipment.

Penlink is currently the only vendor who provides the plx software maintenance and support -premium that provides cell site mapping and global positioning to plot cell site usage or ping coordinates from judicially authorized real-time or historical data. The software collects judicially authorized pen register and title iii data in real time for monitoring analysis and reporting

as a result it has been determined that penlink in accordance with federal acquisition regulation 6.302-1 is the only responsible source that will satisfy the agency requirement.
