Call for Tenders for Contractor for the PISA 2024 Core 4 Innovative domain: Learning in the Digital World

Summary

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) invites proposals for the development of the Innovative Domain for the ninth cycle of the Programme for International Student Assessment (“PISA 2024”).

PISA is a triennial study of 15-year old students, conducted in more than 80 countries focussing on educational outcomes in the disciplines of reading, maths and science. The OECD is now in the process of determining the International Contractors supporting the design, development and implementation of PISA 2024. The scope of work for these International Contractors is split in four cores that are launched in different stages. This is the second stage of the call for tenders series for PISA 2024.

The objective of this Core 4 is the instrument development and analysis for the Learning in the Digital World assessment. The PISA 2024 innovative domain (Learning in the Digital World) aims to strengthen our understanding of what skills and attitudes students need to develop in order to become autonomous, lifelong learners in increasingly digital education and work environments.

The deadline date for the receipt of Tenders is Thursday 30 April 2020, 2pm (Paris time)
