Tenders are invited for PISA 2024 Core 2: Science Framework.
Summary
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) invites proposals for the development of the Science Framework for the ninth cycle of the Programme for International Student Assessment (“PISA 2024”).
PISA is a triennial study of 15-year old students, conducted in more than 80 countries focussing on educational outcomes in the disciplines of reading, maths and science. The OECD is now in the process of determining the International Contractors supporting the design, development and implementation of PISA 2024. The scope of work for these International Contractors is split in five cores that are launched in three stages. This is the first stage of the call for tenders series for PISA 2024.
The objective of this Core 2 is the development of the PISA 2024 science framework building on previous PISA assessment and analytical frameworks for science, in line with sound theoretical principles and state of the art research. The framework will serve as the basis for the later instrument development, survey implementation and data analysis of the PISA 2024 science assessment.
The deadline date for the receipt of Tenders is Tuesday 27 August, 2pm (Paris time)
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested candidates should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
