Pinnaroo Village Green Masterplan

Description : The Pinnaroo Village Green Masterplan and War Memorial Refurbishment project is an open space and public realm masterplanand stage one capital works project. This project will identify how a large and strategically important but underutilised open space area can be developed into a more actively used and highly valued community meeting and recreational space.The plan will improve the amenity and functionality of the area to contribute positively to the social, cultural and economic life of Pinnaroo. The development of this space for a range of community uses has the capacity to transform the commercial and community heart of Pinnaroo.The refurbishment of the existing war memorial is identified as the first stage of on ground implementation (not part of the initial planning project).In total the project is a transformative public realm project, it will provide a plan to significantly upgrade this main street precinct, and provide a roadmap for public sector investment over future years.
