Description : The goal is to prequalify companies that can provide security services, required by UNICEF regularly. UNICEF will establish long-term agreements (non-exclusive LTAs) with prequalified companies for a period of 24 months with the possibility of an additional extension of 12 months, based on satisfactory performance. The total duration of the agreement will be limited to a maximum of 36 months. This long-term agreement should set the tterms and conditions for future contracts (purchase orders) in terms of delivery, quality and prices. These conditions and terms will be fixed for 24 months once this long-term agreement is signed.
