Tenders are invited for Photometric Measurement of Lights and Aeronautical Panels at the International Airports of Yaounde-Nsimalen
Consistency of services:
The services covered by this call for tenders consist of:
-Perform the photometric measurement at each airport (Douala / Yaoundé-Nsimalen and Garoua):
* runway and taxiway lights (including recessed approach lights);
* luminous vertical signage (runway and taxiway guidance panels and aircraft parking station identification panels);
* lighting of aprons.
-Train staff at Yaoundé-Nsimalen airport and for the first year only.
-Produce measurement reports.
Details are contained in the Terms of Reference included in the Bidding Documents.
Tender payment of a non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100, 000) FCFA, in the special allocation account entitled "CAS -ARMP ”open in BICEC branches: Yaoundé Central Agency, Douala-Bonanjo, Limbé, Buéa, Dschang, Bafoussam, Bertoua, Ebolowa, Bamenda, N Gaoundéré, Garoua and Maroua.
Provisional bond: Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a tender bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment or an insurance company, approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, in the amount of two million one hundred and seventy-seven thousand ( 2, 177, 000) F CFA and valid for ninety (90) days from the date of submission of tenders.
