The department of veteran affairs, carl t. Hayden medical center has a requirement for bulk delivery of salt to the phoenix va health care system boiler plant salt silo. The contractor shall deliver and discharge approximately 40, 000 to 50, 000 pounds of salt into the hospital facility s boiler plant salt silo one time the first week of every month.
