Quotation are invited for Pharmaceutical Products.

Dear Vendor,

On behalf IMA World Health, I am kindly requesting quotation for attached list of pharmaceutical products needed for PEP kits assembly, expressed in USD, with delivery to IMA World Health office in Goma, 9, Lyn Lusi, Quartier les Volcans, GOMA, DRC.

Bidders are requested to submit an intention to bid as soon as possible after receiving the RFQ.

Any questions pertaining to this RFQ must be submitted in writing before prior to 5:00pm EST August 8, 2018.

Responses to all questions received will be shared with all participating bidders by 5:00pm EST August 10, 2018.

Otherwise extended, no questions will be accepted after this date. Quotes MUST be received prior to the closing date of the RFQ. No late quotes will be considered. Questions and Quotes should be submitted to: procurement@imaworldhealth.org and drcprocurement@imaworldhealth.org

Quotation Validity:

Quotation should be valid for 90 days from the RFQ due date. This includes, but is not limited to, cost, pricing, terms and conditions, service levels, and all other information. If your firm is awarded the contract, all information in the RFQ and negotiation process is contractually binding.

Delivery Location and Terms:

Delivery by air to IMA World Health office in Goma per CIP INCOTERMS. The goods should be delivered in bulk, and IMA will do the kitting in country. Entire value of the offered goods must be insured until delivery.

IMA will require a DHL/FedEx package containing a set of all original shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, B/L or AWB, COO, COA) sent via DHL in advance of the shipment to the IMA office in Kinshasa, DRC.
