INVITATION TO TENDER

(SUPPLIER LONG TERM AGREEMENT)

In Liberia, Plan International works collaboratively with key ministries such as Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Gender and Social Protection as well as Local partners. We operate in Lofa, Bomi, Nimba, Montserrado and other parts of the Country to promote the rights of children and ensuring girls and young women transition and retention in school.

Plan International Liberia hereby invites applicants from eligible Vendors for tenders of the below categories with the intention of setting up a Supplier Long Term Agreement (LTA) which will last for a minimum of six months (with the possibility for extension) for its operations in Motsearrado, Lofa, Nimba Bomi and Margibi Counties. Interested bidders are highly encouraged to submit their applications.

Plan International Liberia reserves the right to reject any applications without further consultations for suppliers who do not meet the minimum criteria.
Required Qualification for Tendering:

The requirements for tendering are as follows,
 Copies of certificate of trade and proof of registration with the relevant authorities in Liberia.
 Valid tax compliance certificate
 Copy of TIN number
