Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderers of Bangladeshi National regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.1. In case of JVCA Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement etc) in favour of percent share among the all Joint Venture partners2. In case of JV, Lead partner as well as other partner/s shall have the experience separately of similar nature of Road works with DBS as stated in TDS.3. Tenderer must submit the ownership/lease documents/agreements of their plants & equipments4. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.Conditions given vide memo no. 215, CE, RHD Dated: 06.08.171. As per consent of CPTU, The Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP System with the help of online database system TDMS.2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personal list etc.) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, The information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.4.
