Description: The subject of the order are services in the field of forest management as defined in art. 6 par. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 with later zm. - "Laws on forests") to be performed on the territory of Lubniewice in 2022. It is carried out in an unlimited tender procedure based on art. 129 par. 1 point 1) in the zw. joke. 129 par. 2 and art. 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public procurement law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 with later zm. - "PZP") and executive acts to PZP. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the principles provided for classical orders with a value equal to or exceeding EU thresholds. The proceedings are carried out in accordance with the principles provided for for the so-called "Reverse procedures" referred to in art. 139 par. 1, 3 - 4 PZP.
