Description: As part of the self-monitoring of water quality and monitoring, the contract has for object:

- collection, handling and transport to the laboratory of samples taken by Thonon Agglomeration according to a pre-established annual schedule or on express request;

- supply of bottles;

- carrying out analyzes;

- carrying out monthly EP samples for hydrocarbon analysis at the Ripaille pumping station; annual on the resource for complete AEP analysis or samples on express request;

- transmission of alerts and results.

The services apply to the municipalities of Thonon-les-Bains, Anthy-sur-Léman and Le Lyaud. If necessary, this perimeter could be occasionally extended to the rest of the territory of Thonon Agglomeration.

The framework agreement with a minimum (140, 000 EUR excl. Tax) and maximum (280, 000 EUR excl. Tax) will be executed by order forms.
