Description: Market Creation (DL Confession): The designed procurement project involves the construction of a patient Internet service at all 17 locations of its own bodies (15 Rz + 2 ZAR) of the Pension Insurance Institution (PVA). A future contractor has to adopt the legal requirements in accordance with DSGVO and all other liability risks associated with the operation of this service and Internet access for patients (public + private sector) should be carried out via Wi-Fi (frequency range: 2.4 GHz). For the implementation by the service provider, the establishment of a separate provider infrastructure (accespoints, switches or gateway and internet connection) per location is required.
