Tenders are invited for PEJ II - Promoting Youth Employment in Rural Areas.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your interest in this contract award procedure.
The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development has commissioned us to implement the above project.
Please submit your request to participate by 09/04/2018. Details of our submission requirements can be found in the enclosed terms and conditions for application.
Your request to participate should be drawn up in triplicate and in English (language) using the designated form (see annex).
If we receive more than 5 requests to participate, we will make a selection on the basis of the criteria laid out in the annex and invite bids only from the 5 companies with the highest scores. We reserve the right to cancel the contract award procedure if we receive fewer than 3 requests to participate.
We also reserve the right to award the contract on the basis of initial bids without entering into negotiations.
We also reserve the right, once the initial bids have been submitted, to make a selection on the basis of the criteria listed in the annex and only to enter into negotiations with the 3 companies that received the highest scores.
In addition, we reserve the right to conduct the negotiations in consecutive phases with a view to reducing the number of bids under negotiation on the basis of the contract award criteria specified in the annex.
Planned schedule for the rest of the contract award procedure:
Information to applicants about results of evaluation of the requests to participate, and invitation to submit bids to successful applicants. End of April 2018
Deadline for submitting bids End of May 2018
Negotiations July 2018
Invitation to submit final bids July 2018
Final bid evaluation results to be sent to bidders End of July 2018
Signing of contract September 2018
End of binding period (i.e. bids no longer legally binding) 16/. September 2018
Commencement of service delivery September 2018
