1. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through INCOME intends to apply the sum of PESOS SEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDED (Php 7, 592, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning of 12 units Modular Patient Monitor (1 Lot) (ITB No. 2020-13). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

2. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above stated project. Bidders should have completed, within January 2015 to present, a single contract that is similar to the project equivalent to at least fifty (50%) percent or at least two (2) completed similar contracts, with aggregate amount of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
