The legislative assembly of bc (labc) is interested in acquiring a software solution (payroll/hr solution) to manage all aspects of the organization's payroll and human resource functions without the need for duplicate data-entry.

the labc posted a request for information (rfi-9906) from october 15 to 26, 2018, that detailed the existing challenges, approach and expectations of the planned solution, critical data and reporting requirements, and associated constraints. Numerous responses were received, and the information contained in these responses was carefully reviewed and used to develop the attached draft opportunity statement negotiated request for proposals (os nrfp).
