Tender are invited for partial demolition, cleaning and asbestos removal of the building mail ii a cholet
object of the contract : partial demolition, cleaning and asbestos removal of the building mail ii in cholet main features : this consultation defines the partial demolition, cleaning and asbestos removal of the building formerly known as the mail ii shopping center. At the end of this work a consultation will be undertaken with the aim of developing offices and annexes. As an indication, the services will be performed from april 2020. The benefits fall under category 3 within the meaning of the labor code (law no. 93-1418 of 31 december 1993). Visiting the market execution sites is mandatory given the complexity of the work. Visits will take place on the following dates: 22/11/2019 at 10:00, 26/11/2019 at 10:00 and 02/12/2019 at 14:30.- free variants are forbidden-mandatory mandatory variants: -variante obligatoire 1: depose of the genset of the former bank-variante obligature # 2: removal of the sprinkling tank from the former shopping center.dure and delays: the overall duration of the market is 4 months including the period of preparation and the holiday pay. The preparation period will be of 2 months. Months from the date of notification of the contract, the deadline for carrying out the work is 2 months, notified by service order to the holder.
