Partial demolition and reconstruction of the main building of the evaux - ventilation installations
the project consists of: - the partial demolition of the main floor of the evaux main building up to the raw slab on the basement. - the gross building of the basement under the drc demoli, except for the technical premises maintained in exploitation.- the demolition of the external paths, terraces, uprooting of the vegetation.- the reconstruction of a drc of 700 m2 approximately on thehold of the basement retains. The construction will be wood frame, flat roof, cladding and exterior woodwork.- the drc will host a restaurant and kitchen, a multipurpose room / banquet and an extension of the administration.- part of the demolished rdc will not rebuilt.
