Tender are invited for Provide continuing parking consulting services and related services for various city projects. Assisting in developing a 10 year strategic plan for the city s parking system. Assessing parking fees, demand pricing for on-street parking, city owned parking lots, and loading zones. Assessing increasing capacity of existing facilities. Assessing parking supply including an assessment of city-owned surface lots, on-street stalls, shared spaces rather than reserved spaces, privately owned surface lots including the conversion of parking lots to other uses, and valet parking service.




Notes : A pre-bid conference will be held on 11/13/18, 10 : 00 AM at Procurement and Contracts Division City Hall at One City Commons 400 South Orange Avenue, 4th Floor, Orlando, Florida 32801. Contract for a three (3) year term to begin upon approval and execution by the City.
