Synopsis: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to issue a request for quotes for cardboard tubes and caps. APHIS contemplates the award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) of a three-year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum of 150, 000 units and an annual maximum of 300, 000 units. Contract term will be based period of 12 months with three 12 month options or until the maximum not exceed amount is reached, whichever comes first.The NAICS code is 322219. This will be a small business set-aside. The solicitation 126395Q0007 and all other documents related to this procurement will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or around October 10, 2019.THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE OFFERED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. Offerors can view and/or download the RFQ and attachments at https://www.fbo.gov (FBO) when the RFQ is posted. Interested parties can register under the Interested Vendors List at FBO. This will be the only method of amendment distribution; therefore, it is the OFFERORS` RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THE SOLICITATION.
