The Provider Must Be Able To Use Its Knowledge And Experience In This Area To Arrange And Deliver A Mobility Assessment Service To Those Who Apply For One Of The Following Schemes; National Blue Badge Scheme; Disabled Persons Freedom Pass; Taxi Card Or; Personalised Disabled Bays. The Assessor Will Be Required To Make A Decision On The Eligibility Of Applicants In Line With The Department Of Transport Guidance And The Transport Act 2000.
