Short description: "Safe relay" aims to ensure safe exchanges for patients and relatives in acute mental crisis. By clinic mental health and intoxication (Phr) in the western Viken, this help is provided within what is called the "emergency axis", ie the emergency department of Blakstad, as well as outpatient and day offers at the DPS.
