Request for proposals are invited for Outsourcing of Meter Reading for Year 2019 & 2020.
Initial Bond: BHD 4, 000.000. Tender Fee: BHD 100.000.
Meter reading routes are usually generated on a monthly basis with most promises visited having 1 electricity meter and 1 water meter or more that require reading. It is EWA's intentions to outsource the meter reading services in order to achieve maximum accurate readings to Services Contract Meter Reading Units to an eligible vendor. The scope of work in this tender includes providing the Authority with two meter counters to visit the various sites of subscribers and record the reading of electricity and water meters on a monthly basis so that the Authority can issue invoices based on the actual readings recorded directly from the counters and avoid the estimated readings.
