Procurement Subject: during the martial law in Ukraine, in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 “On the introduction of martial law in Ukraine” (as amended), taking into account the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution Ukraine dated 12.10.2022. No. 1178 “On approval of the peculiarities of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for in the Law of Ukraine“ On Public Procurement ”for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation” (as amended) Based on the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Codes of Ukraine, as well as the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” No. 922-VIII of December 25, 2015 (as amended).
