Tenders Are Invited For The Ministry of Economy is pleased to invite you to participate in the search for a company specialized in organizing foreign exhibitions for the participation of the Ministry of Economy at the Africa Food Fair in Cairo on 9-11 December 2019, provided that the following: - All companies are obliged to submit a financial offer excluding tax and a 5% tax will be calculated on the selected and awarded offer. - Hey.Companies are obliged to write down the total prices that do not include tax and to be calculated when making a purchase order or contract. - Companies are committed not to mention any prices in the technical offer. - The supplier participating in the practice should send a 5% initial guarantee as a prerequisite to participate in the practice if the total value is more than AED 1, 000, 000.00 million, provided that the bank guarantee is in Arabic and in the name of the Ministry of Economy for a period of (90) days.Important Note: Registering in the supplier registration system and updating the tax data with the Ministry of Finance and submitting the quotation on the e-procurement system is mandatory to accept your tenders so that we can take the purchase procedures and contract with the company.
