Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the logistic support service (accommodation with meals and the use of a conference room) during a three-day training conference carried out as part of the project entitled We Protect You Together (CZ.11/01/01/00/24_012/0000174) as part of the Interreg Czech Republic Program Poland, priority 1: Integrated rescue system and environment, goal 1.1 Greater preparedness and cross-border capacity to deal with threats and disasters on the Czech-Polish border related to climate change. 2. The conference referred to in section 1, will be combined with the training of dispatchers Crisis Management Centers (CZK) and emergency services on duty from Poland and the Czech Republic: Climate change and its impact on the safety of inhabitants of mountainous areas. 3. The order provides for the organization of a conference for 80 people (+/- 20% under the option right referred to in section 4) in date: December 15-17, 2025. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right, in accordance with Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, in relation to the number of persons participating in the confederation, indicated in section 3, by reducing or increasing this numbers...
