Description : Proposals Are Sought From Certified Oracle Implementation Partners For The Integration, Implementation And Support Of Oracle Erp Cloud As The Dhhs Corporate Financial Management System. The Scope Of Work Includes Implementation Of Core Financial Functionality Across Record To Report, Procure To Pay, Order To Cash, Treasury And Asset Accounting, As Further Detailed In Part B Of This Rft.In Planning For The Oracle Financial System Upgrade, Dhhs Has Identified Areas Of Concern That Represent The Critical Functions Of The Solution That Need To Be Met For The Oracle Erp Cloud Solution To Be Successfully Implemented. It Is Required That That The Contractor Can Prove That The Proposed Solution Can Address These Areas Of Concern Through A Design Feasibility Stage. These Are Further Detailed In Part B Of This Rft.The Scope Of Work Includes Non-Exclusive Optional Services That Will Be At The Discretion Of Dhhs If, Or When, These Services Are Contracted.Optional Services:Integration Services- Part B Section 5.5.2.2Change Management Part B Section 5.8Post Go-Live Support Services Part B Section 5.10.2Lease Accounting Part B Section 6.6It Is Requested That Tenderers Provide A Response For The Optional Services.Dhhs Implemented Oracle Financials In 1995. It Has Been Extensively Customised, Delivering Additional Functional Enhancements And Custom Line Of Business Functionality. The Dhhs Is Currently Running A Legacy Version Of The Product, Version 11.5.10.2., Hosted By Cenitex And Managed By An Internal Dhhs Financial Systems Team Within The Dhhs Finance Branch. A Project Has Now Commenced To Upgrade The Financial Management System To The Oracle Erp Cloud Software-As-A-Service, In Order To:Strategically Align With The Victorian Government`S Finance Systems Statement Of Direction.Re-Align Dhhs Business Processes To Best Practice; Remove The Current Reliance Upon Extensive Customisations;Provide An Updated User Interface To Improve The Business User Experience; Utilise A Fully Supported And Current Software Version And Hardware Platform;Incorporate New Functionality Not Available In The Current Oracle 11 Ebusiness Suite; Andprovide A More Scalable Solution.Note: The Successful Tenderer Will Be Engaged For An Initial `Design Feasibility` Phase To Prove The Validity Of The Proposed Solution And Design In Meeting Particular Areas Of Concern, Prior To The Commencement Of The Complete Delivery Project. Implementation Of The Solution Will Be Subject To Dhhs Discretion, Including The Success Of The Design Feasibility Stage And Budget Availability To Progress.
