Subject of Procurement : 1) Operation of the equipment for competition (horn rubber 96 sheets (about 7 tons) metal construction of the podium (8x8 m about 6 tons), plinths (8 pieces about 1 ton, plywood (64 sheets about 0.6 tons) - total weight about 15 tons; 2) Arrangement of sports facilities (suspensioncurtains, flags, installation of a central banner, laying of carpet and fencing elements; 3) Dismantling of equipment (removal of curtains, flags, dismantling of a central banner, removal of carpet and fencing elements, central and warming platforms); 4) Sound accompanimentagan (connection of sound equipment, musical accompaniment of competitions, awards ceremonies, ceremonies of opening and closing of competitions, challenge of sportsmen for performance of exercise);of the double-protocol, preparation of protocols of competitions). Arrangement of a sports hall from the first day of carrying out of competitions (on Monday - February 3), dismantle of the equipment (February 8-Saturday).
