Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Operation and Maintenance of the 640 Kw Kasanjiku Mini Hydropower Station and its Associated Distribution Network in Mwinilunga District, North-Western Province, Zambia.

3.0 SCOPE OF WORKS
The scope of the works shall include the following:
i. Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance of the power station and its associated grid
network;
ii. In consultation with the Authority, conduct expansion of the distribution network to connect
new customers;
iii. Collect electricity fees and pay for operational and maintenance costs of the project using
the generated revenue;
iv. Keep record of all income and expenditure related to the operations of the power station and
furnish the Authority with such data monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
v. Submit Annual Reports including audited financial statements:
vi. Establish and maintain an asset register for inventories; and
vii. Form a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) specific to the assignment.
