1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of electricity covering the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of buildings and facilities of the Nakło nad Notecią Commune and its organizational units as well as the Museum of the Krajeńska Region, Nakielskie Region Culture Center, Poviat and Municipal Public Library and Nakielskiego Sports Sp. electricity that meets technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and executive ordinances to this laws and Polish standards.
