In 2012 The Ministry of Justice established an open panel of suppliers for:



(a) Specialist Advisor Negotiations (Specialist Advisor);

(b) Strategy Advisor Negotiations (Strategy Advisor); and

(c) Policy Advisor Negotiations (Policy Advisor).



We are now issuing this open standing invitation to seek applications from prospective suppliers (either organisations or individuals), who are able to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and experience required in providing one or more of the services, in order to join the panel.



Applications are welcomed at any time during the publication of this invitation and they will be reviewed and evaluated as they are received.



The open standing invitation will run until the 31st December 2020. Approval to extend this date may be sought if there is still a requirement for the panel after this date.
