Under the preservation of uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, all appropriate and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies is offered to conclude a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V above the above-mentioned active ingredients / active ingredient combinations.
