Description: The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V on the following active ingredients / active ingredient combinations within the framework of a so-called open-house procedure:

Botulinum Toxin Type A (M03AX21) without drug thickness 100 I. E.

Rosuvastatin and Ezeimib (C10BA06)

Teriparatide (H05AA02)

Rituximab (L01XC02)

Trastuzumab (L01XC03)

Under default of contract terms and a uniform access procedure, all appropriate and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies is offered to the conclusion of a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V on the above-mentioned active ingredients / active ingredient combinations.

The earliest start of the contract is 01.12.2021. Based on this, the contract period is a maximum of 24 months.
