Description: The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V on the following active substances / active ingredient combinations within the framework of a so-called open-house procedure:

Atorvastatin and Ezetimib (C10BA05)

Imatinib (L01EA01)

Timolol and Bimatoprost (S01ED62) Eye drops in single dose container

Under default of contract terms and a uniform access procedure, all appropriate and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies is offered to conclude a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V on the above-mentioned active ingredients / active ingredient combinations.

The earliest start of the contract is 01.11.2021. Based on this, the contract period is a maximum of 24 months.
