Description: The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the following active ingredients / active ingredient combinations as part of a so-called open house procedure:

- atazanavir (J05AE08);

- calcium carbonate & colecalciferol (A12AX01);

- Certolizumab (L04AB05);

- Colecalciferol (A11CC05);

- etanercept (L04AB01);

- fosfomycin (J01XX01);

- golimumab (L04AB06);

- infliximab (L04AB02);

- lopinavir & ritonavir (J05AR10);

- multi-enzymes (lipase, protease etc.) (A09AA02);

- posaconazole (J02AC04);

- ritonavir (J05AE03);

- tacrolimus (L04AD02).

All suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the above-mentioned active ingredients / active ingredient combinations, subject to standard contractual conditions and a standardized access procedure.
