DESCRIPTION: The health insurance companies pursue the aim of closing discount contracts according to § 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs to the active substance teriparatide. The conclusion of the contract takes place in the context of the Open-House biologika procedure of the health insurance:

Individual negotiations on contract contents are not led, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance companies do not guarantee exclusivity individual contractors. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months starting with 1.9.2021. The contract ends for all health insurance participates at the latest on 31.8, 2023, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract.
