Description: 1. Information on the proposed award procedure, if any:

The contribution service intends to advertise a service through which the identity of a person (first name, last name, date of birth and address) can be clarified online.

Different ways are conceivable for this:

- Authentication via online banking,

- authentication via telecommunication providers,

- Authentication via ID and selfie / video.

At this point in time it is not yet clear whether a Europe-wide procurement procedure will be necessary.

2. Market research:

The purpose of this preliminary information is to carry out a market research with the largest possible range via publication in the EU Official Journal.

The market research is to be carried out between 9 February 2021 and 15 March 2021 (12 noon) and then evaluated by the contribution service of ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio.
