4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Head of Procurement, Nigeria Arabic Language Village, Ngala Liaison Office, No. 29 Lagos Street. Maiduguri, Borno State on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10, 000.00, paid into the REMITA a/c of Nigeria Arabic Language Village at any commercial bank in Nigeria, and a copy of the receipt presented before the collection of Tender document.

5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit bids in two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes, and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to

No. 29 Lagos Street, Maiduguri, Borno State
and clearly marked with the name of the project and Lot No.

Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box at the Nigeria Arabic Language Village, Ngala Liaison Office. No. 29 Lagos Street, Maiduguri, Borno State not later than 10:00 am on Thursday 11 November 2021.
