ONE (1) UNIT AMBULANCE VEHICLE W/COMPLETE ACCESSORIES

Name of Project



1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF TALON -TALON through the Barangay Annual Budget for FY 2019 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 1, 700, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Unit Ambulance Vehicle w/complete accessories with Project Reference No. G- 19-05 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.



2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF TALON -TALON now invites bids for the One (1) Unit Ambulance Vehicle

w/complete accessories



3 Delivery of Goods is required with ten (10) days. Bidders should have complete within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project, The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders..



4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizenship/sole proprietorship, partnership, organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the law or regulations of which grant similar rights of privilege to Filipino citizens. Pursuant to Republic Act 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138. .



5. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF TALON -TALON and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P. M..



6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be secured by interested Bidder starting September 18, 2019 to September, 26, 2019 from the address below.



7. The Barangay Government of Talon -Talon will hold a Pre-Bid Conference open to all interested bidder on September 25 2019 t 1:00 P. M., in the Barangay Hall of Talon -Talon, Zamboanga City which shall be open to all interested parties who have secured the Bidding Documents.



8. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 26, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of cash, cashier-s /managers check, bank draft/guarantee confirmed by the Universal/Commercial Bank, irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a Universal/Commercial Bank or from other bank certified by the Bangko Sentral ng Filipinas as authorized to issue such financial instrument, . provided however that it shall be confirmed or authenticated by a Universal/Commercial Bank if issued by a foreign bank in the amount of Php. 34, 000.00 or Surety Bond callable upon demand issued by a Surety or Insurance company duly certified by the Insurance Commission as authorized to issue such security in the amount of Php. 85, 000.00 or any combination of the foregoing in the amount proportionate to share of form, with respect to total amount of security, The Bid Security shall be denominated in Philippines Pesos and posted in favor pf the Procuring entity. Later Bids shall not be accepted.



Bid opening shall be on September 26, 2019 at 10:00 A.M at the Barangay Hall of Talon -Talon, Zamboanga City. Bid

will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below, Late bids shall not be

accepted..



9. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF TALON -TALON reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidder or bidders....
