Tender Details

One (1) Lot Supply, Delivery and Installation of Security Film on Main Door and Glass Panel of Paseo de Sta. Rosa Branch

I. Specifications (Please see attached files @ Associated Components).

II. Payment upon 100% completion of project. 10% Performance Security shall be deducted and will be refunded to the supplier after One (1) year of completion of the project.

III. Penalty upon non-compliance

Prospective contractor should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipts of quotation, with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.

A penalty of one-tenth of one percent (0.001) of the total value shall be deducted for each day of delay of completing the project.

IV. Submission of the following:

*Mayor's permit

*Business Permit (issued as Construction Business)

*Updated Financial Statement

*License from PICAB

*Registration Certificate from DTI

*PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration

V. Contractor has 30 days to complete the project inclusive of Saturdays and Sundays.

VI. Deadline of Submission of Quotations is on July 01, 2019 8:00 a.m.
